Melo Group has published the layouts: one-bedrooms at 732 sq ft, one-bedroom-plus-dens at 792, two-bedroom, two-bath homes from 878 to 951, and three-bedrooms at 1,171. Every residence gets a balcony, granite counters, Samsung stainless appliances, a double-door refrigerator, wood-look laminate floors, porcelain-tiled baths and a full-size washer and dryer.

The tower stands on NE 6th Street across from 600 Miami Worldcenter, with the Metromover at the door, Bayside and Miami Dade College a block away, and I-95 and I-395 within reach. Brickell is a few blocks south; South Beach and Miami International Airport are each about ten minutes out.
